MemoryOrb is an electronic ornament with a screen behind its clear front. It displays your memories digitally — they aren’t printed on the glass.
Does my photo upload get sent to you?
No. The preview runs on your device. Your photo is not uploaded to our servers, saved to your order or sent to the ornament. You add your files to the device after it arrives.
How do I add my memories to the ornament?
For the USB model, use a computer and the included cable to transfer prepared files. Follow the supplied instructions for supported formats and 480 × 480 sizing. The website preview does not connect to the physical device.
Can I change the memories later?
Yes. You can replace the files using the transfer method for your model. A new Christmas, a new milestone, another moment worth keeping close.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Check the delivery estimate for your destination before ordering. Allow extra time for seasonal deliveries; Christmas arrival should only be assumed when explicitly confirmed for your order.
