Who operates this store

MemoryOrb is operated by James Rafalko, an individual in Poland. Business and returns address: Złota 44, apartment 50, 00-120 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: rafalkojames@gmail.com. Shopify provides the store platform; MemoryOrb is responsible for the products and customer service.

Product information and previews

Please read the selected product and variant description before ordering. The planned MemoryOrb offer uses USB computer transfer; a website preview does not mean that Wi-Fi or phone-app transfer is included. Compatibility and file-preparation requirements will be confirmed before sales open.

The interactive 3D image is an illustration, not a guarantee of the exact appearance of a physical unit. A photo selected in our local preview remains in your browser. It is not submitted with an order, sent to our supplier or preloaded onto a device. You must have permission to use any content you choose.

Prices, orders and shipping

Store prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is expressly shown. Before any purchase, the final total and applicable taxes or other disclosed charges will be shown. Standard shipping is free. Delivery details and any destination restrictions are described in our shipping policy. No purchase is possible while checkout is closed.

Returns, problems and consumer rights

Contact us about any return, cancellation, damaged item or other order issue. The final return policy will be available before orders are accepted. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, faulty or misdescribed goods, delivery, refunds or remedies under applicable consumer law. Paid shipment protection is not required to exercise those rights.

Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights, submit malicious software, misuse payment systems or interfere with store security. Personal information is handled as explained in our privacy policy. Do not send sensitive payment or identity information through our contact email.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms for future use. Changes will not remove rights attached to an earlier order. Please contact us first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it. You retain any mandatory protection and access to courts or authorities provided by the law applicable to you.
