Shipping policy

Pre-launch notice: MemoryOrb is not accepting orders yet. Destination coverage and delivery estimates are being verified with our fulfilment partner. We will confirm them before opening checkout.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is $0 USD for all orders to destinations we serve, with no minimum spend. There is no compulsory shipping-protection fee.

Destinations and delivery estimates

We plan to serve international customers. A country appearing in our store settings does not guarantee delivery to every address or postcode. Before sales open, supported destinations, any exclusions and estimated processing and transit times will be made clear. We do not currently promise a particular arrival date or Christmas delivery.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are intended to ship directly from our fulfilment partner in China, rather than from our returns address in Poland. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch when available. Processing and transit are separate stages, and customs or carrier delays may affect estimates.

Taxes and import charges

Free shipping refers to the shipping charge only. It is not a promise that import duties or taxes are included. The applicable treatment and any charges payable by the customer must be disclosed before an order is placed. Prepaid-duty arrangements are still being confirmed before launch.

Delivery support

For an address correction, delayed, lost or damaged parcel, contact rafalkojames@gmail.com. For an existing order, include the order number. Photos may help us investigate damage, but are not a condition for exercising mandatory consumer rights. Optional protection is not required to receive the remedies provided by law.
