Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 14 days after delivery by contacting us through our Contact page. This storewide return window does not limit any longer or additional rights under applicable law.

Please follow the return instructions we provide and send the product back securely with its accessories. Original packaging is helpful but is not required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Where law permits, a refund may be reduced for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and function.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by law. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us so we can arrange a remedy and cover return costs where required. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

For a valid return, we refund the amount required by applicable law to the original payment method. Where a statutory withdrawal applies, this includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered; it does not include any extra charge for a premium delivery option. We may wait to issue a refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, where law permits. We will meet the applicable statutory refund deadline.
